Not as good as it looks
I had been searching for a good workout mat for a while, and this appeared to be good. However, when you lay on it, it just sinks. You can pinch the mat in between your finger and thumb until they almost touch. Obviously it's better than laying on the floor but wanted something much firmer for my bad back.
