Excellent
Absolutely great and detailed.. It looks like it will and could be one very smart looking boat once done and finished.. I have also bought another and I am really pleasantly surprised at the stability and the plans they have come should come out with.

It holds together
Does what it is expected to do.. At first glance looks heavy but is solid and not made of soft aluminium, but is smooth, it's works great and does its job it is supposed to do. Gears change with no bother at all with ease.

Great and easy to use
It is great to make your own brine with.. Currently I have two Sall bottles of brine and that I use to soke meat in with to start the curing process of meat.. I haven't however tried it with pork yet. But I have with beef..
