sciatic pressure brace
The brace gave me some relief and any relief is better than none.
I think "one fits all" is not ideal, the elastic straps are too loose for me and the pressure strap could be a bit longer for me.
Also the "L" and "R" are white against black and too large making the brace rather ugly.
And there were no clear instructions on where the pressure pad should be so lots of trying to find the correct position.
