  Item arrived damaged and poorly packaged. The item was refunded but the communication was poor with no apology. This could have easily of been resolved with some friendly communication and an apology but the seller just didn't seem bothered.

  Item was securely packaged in the same way as all my listings. Money was refunded in full, without question, plus you got to keep the item for free. Therefore, there was no need to leave any feedback.
