Russell Hobbs 24430 Pressurised 2600 Watt Steam Generator Iron Blue / White New

Weak steam, poor results. Feels too light & cheap.

It's too light. An iron needs weight in order to remove creases. The steam output is weak & comes out eventually. I had a Russell Hobbs iron previously, the Steammaster. That had weight & a great shot of steam. So i thought i'd buy Russell Hobbs again. This iron has none of that. They've taken a good product, used cheap materials & this is the result. I've gone back to my spare steam iron which is far better than this. Sorry Russell but you've lost a customer.
