good looks
exactly what i wanted at a fair price, holds plenty of pods & takes up not much more space than coffee machine itself.

Quick heat/good features
heats quickly & retains heat, not for 4 hours as stated but go back after couple of hours & reheating the water is only 15/20 seconds.Heats water from 60 to 100 degrees so ideal for various cooking. bought as a refurbished item but got a year g/tee & it looks brand new. Not unduly heavy but if you have weakness in wrist/arm you would struggle a bit. Overall happy only time will tell if i need to use G/tee.

really easy fit
been fitted 2 weeks with no problems, Would be 5 but rear supports on toilet seat do not quite rest on the toilet bowl need to be longer, Not really an issue and as good as others costing 4/5 times as much will be ordering another for upstairs loo.
