The Chosen One
I am working through the course with 8 other people. All are beginners or "second time around beginners".
Our course facilitator is confident that, if we stick to the structured approach (and actually get to the end) we will achieve our objective of being able to hold a conversation with native Spanish speakers.
He has 2 comments:
He would prefer the narrators to have been English as the Spanish narrators are sometimes "clipping" words as they would when conversing with a friend.
Also, he has supplemented the course with "2001 Most useful Spanish words " a book to increase our vocabulary.
