MY VERIZON, BROWSE AND DOWNLOAD, BACKUP ASSISTANT, ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THIS OLD OF A MODEL. TRUST ME I TRIED EVERYTHING!

Great Item
Works great, is more computer like than my Palm, and syncs more information in one place.
Needs updating though. If you dont know how, take it in to your local Verizon dealer for help and aadvice.
