Works as promised
1 of 1 found this helpful The grains multiply quite quickly. The first few batches take a few days to ferment, but within a couple of weeks you have a good clump of grains, and you can do a batch a day. They also seem robust - you can keep them in milk in the fridge, even for a few weeks, so they only ferment very slowly, then immediately start using them again as normal at room temperature.

Good tool, reasonable price
Does exactly what it says, very solid
