Very Best of Pat Benatar
A collection of the best tracks from the greatest lady of rock. That may seem like a brave statement but after reminiscing after I purchase this CD her talent has lost none of that spark so many tracks have done over the years.
"Love is a Battlefield" is a fine example of that rock power so few ladies can give. Of course you have to mention the great writers as Pat Benatar wrote only a few of the tracks.
"Shadows of the Night" has great lyrics sung with such feeling,hey I take her hand and feel safe.

Good read.
A great description of a period of history. Well written and a story of how hard Women worked during WW11 on the canal barges.

Carly Simon - Greatest Hits Live CD
The CD is a recording of one of Carly Simon's rare live concerts. The CD most appealled to me because of the recording of "Coming Around Again" with insy wincy spider sung in the background.
