  He start auction with collection only. I messaged him ask if he could send this by courier - he replied - yes 16£.so heasked me to pay for Auction( I won) and then asked me to pay via paypal 16£ - I did It. He claim that I didn't send the money. I spend him screenshot saying accept payment. He didn't and he cancelled everything.

  I refunded the buyers money without question as we couldn't agree on terms for delivery for an item that was originally advertised as COLLECTION only Buyer originally wanted me to send item by courier and then pay courier when item was received and checkedHe then claimed to have paid me the courier costs but they weren't received so I refunded them their purchase price He then left me negative feedback As can be seen I have 100% feedback & i have never had a problem before
