This is not the good stuff
There are far better quality carpet protector rolls out there. This one is very thin and normally wound which makes it a pain to lay out next to skirting boards. As a plasterer I use this kind of thing every day and it really saves time, but this particular brand takes 5 times longer to lay out. The good stuff is reverse wound so you can just roll it out easily. There isn't much stickyness to this one either so just ends up becoming a trip hazard as it ruffles up and only sticks to itself. For a few extra quid you get far better stuff. No complaint about the seller though, it did turn up quickly.

Best mask I've used
It fits my face well, which most I've come across don't do a good enough job of. It's comfortable to use for a couple of hours at a time. Really stops the dust and even smells. I've not had to use it for solvents yet but imagine it would work well. So much better and more effective than the disposable paper masks.

Okay for a cheap backup mixer
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been using this for mixing skimming plaster for the past few weeks, nothing too strenuous. It tends to smoke from the motor after only mixing a single bag of multi finish. It hasn't died on me yet but I don't hold out much hope for it lasting very long. The motor doesn't sound very smooth running either. The speed control is a little iffy too, below 2 it doesn't even move and when mixing plaster it needs to be 4+ in order to turn at which point it is quite fast. I have another cheap mixer at only 1100watts which seems much more powerful than this even though this one is rated at 1600watts. It will become my emergency back up mixer incase my expensive makita fails. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to other plasterers who rely on it every day but for the DIYer who just does a bit now and then it will probably be an ok cheap mixer.
