  Seller failed to disclose the fact that the Face ID didn’t work on the phone or that the speakers were barely working. Instead, they falsely advertised the phone as fully working. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed for me for not doing my due diligence. I requested a partial refund to cover the cost of the repair that wasn’t mentioned and they offered a small amount back, decking to refund the cost of repair and has now demanded the phone back, which has since had repairs done.

  I listed the phones as not working/spares or repairs due to being dropped and cracked as I stated in the listing. The phone was purchased and after 3 weeks a refund was demanded. The buyer sent photos of the phone when the refund was requested that showed the phone was still cracked (not been repaired). Out of good faith I accepted the refund request. Since then the buyer has said they will not return the phone and demands lots of money to have it fixed. Be aware if listing for repairs.
