Moisture Surge That's What It Is ... It Surges When It's Dispensed.
I was anxious to try this product; most of Clinique products I'd recommend; this NO. Tossed the 2nd tube into garbage. The dispensing from tube is either too little or too much...air bubbles is the culprit. It's more of a gel than a concentrate.

Not up t PAR
I have similar Chala style bag from 6 yrs ago; there are outside pockets. My original looks lole a clone, but where the top seams in front and back are, they open; this does not. Can't review it other than 1-star.
Overall. quality is good. Have a fe Chala bags; they wear and last.

Lightweight with good features
Been using this product for a few years; not noticed a great improvement, but overall, the consistency, its soothness and softness around eye area are reasons for continued use.
