Mandolin with various attachments
Wanted this as my other ‘hand mandolin’ felt unsafe using.
Like that this sits on the box that catches the food.
The slicers/graters are smaller than expected but still do a reasonable job so far.
Have only just started using so time will tell.
Minus Points:the other graters which slide into the unit are very loose and fall out when in use.
The slicer is not adjustable so only one fine setting
Pity the whole thing doesnt slot firmly together when not in use.
On the whole, does the basic job i wanted it for.
