The seller was super communicative, going above and beyond to accomodate my plans to go out of town by dispatching the item quickly and shipping with RM’s 24-hour service, rather than just the 48-hour service that they’d been obliged to do.   Seller sold me a damaged boxed item then when I messaged them they told me it must have happened in the post as it wasn’t like that when they sent it. I later zoomed in on the photos on the original listing and noticed it was damaged in the photos. Seller is dishonest and when confronted tried to lie further whilst denying after clearly seeing in the photos they lied about the damage to the item. Then the seller messages to hurry the return of the item! Such an annoying experience!

  This is a very ungrateful buyer. There are very faint marks on the box. The item is brand new and sealed because of the very faint marks on the box he wanted me to reduce the price for an item worth more than £500, and you won it for £160 and you still want more reduction. I told him to return the item because i can not give you any reduction and he was annoyed and left negative feedback

  The seller has clearly lied in their response as I never asked for a discount and no discount was ever mentioned in our conversations. I only asked why it was damaged seller lied and said it was done in the post as it wasn’t that way when it left them. I opened a case to return the item after I caught the seller out by finding the marks in the pictures in the listing. Also I’m not lucky as the seller would suggest the item was in an auction because no one wanted it clearly and I won the auction
