Can't handle the bumps!
I really wanted to give this 5 stars but after one short ride one of the lasers has come loose inside the unit, so I'm sending it back for a refund, shame really, other than that it is really good.

Terrible latency (lag) issue !
0 of 1 found this helpful I was very disappointed with the GTK-XB7 on its own the sound is poor frequency wise , lots of bass though and volume not bad, but Sony say join this unit up in a party chain with other Sony systems, but unfortunately you can't due to the latency issue the delay is very noticeable, and don't bother trying to use this speaker to dj with either because the delay between your mixer headphones and the speaker will have you ripping your hair out in frustration and the rest of the party goers will think you are rubbish at mixing ! My advice is go for the GTK-XB5's instead as my ones appear to not have the same latency as the XB7's and can be wired up to any additional amp or system without a problem .

Great bit of kit, works perfectly.
2 of 3 found this helpful I don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews I’ve seen for this product, they obviously are not using it properly or have been extremely unlucky to have received a faulty unit ! The first full charge of this unit took about 3.5 hours using a 12v source that I have in the radio shack so nice and quick ( using the 5v USB charger cable can take up to 12 hours )The battery on Land Rover TD5 Diesel was completely dead so when I connected the Noco GB70 to the battery terminals and powered the unit up it didn’t recognise it was connected to a battery, all I had to do was press and hold the RED override button (!) and the LED’s started pulsing to indicate that the GB70 was now putting power into my vehicle battery. I jumped in the Landy switched on the ignition and waited for the heater light on the dashboard to go out, turned the key fully and the engine fired up first turn no problem. Fantastic bit of kit to carry in your vehicle to make sure you never get stranded with a flat battery ever again, especially in the cold winter months ! I’m going to buy a second GP70 unit to keep in the camper van. I highly recommend this product and I’m never going to leave home without it.
