  Unfortunately had to return but the Seller was very apologetic and understanding about the smell of the item. Communication was easy and seller very helpful.

  Absolutely perfect, beautiful, brand new item, in a beautiful brand new box, straight from store. However, I (stupidly) packaged the box in industrial-standard recycled packaging material bought from a hardware DIY store, trusting the ‘strength’ of this to protect the item. Unfortunately, the buying experience was spoilt for the seller as it arrived smelling dusty/musty - purely due to the recycled packaging, as buyer kindly advised. I’ll stick to packaging from reputable (UK) stores in future.
