Great value and lots of features
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my first DSLR so I am not well placed to comment too much on all the features of this camera. What I can say is it's a great value package that takes really nice pictures- even in 'auto' mode (hopefully I'll move beyond that soon lol)
It looks good, is a nice size, and it's pretty compact compared to others I looked at- feels well made too.
The manual is very in depth and looks like it explains in good detail the various functions although it's fairly lengthy so I have not read it all yet.
If like me you are new to 'serious' digital photography, I don't think you could go far wrong with the Pentax K-X, especially since there are some really good deals about on them.
