  After an apparent "scanning error" that occurred at the post office which took weeks I was then given the option of a resend or a refund. I requested a resend but was eventually given a refund. Terrible and slow communication even though I was very patient; I contacted the seller to ask why this had happened last week and have still yet to receive any kind of response. Shipping an item within the UK with Royal Mail is not that complicated. I feel neglected and fobbed off.
