training on saxophone

I am a complete beginner at playing the sax, and this has been very good. The DVD explains how to progress at your own speed, how to put the sax together, and very quickly to play simple tunes. Perhaps I should review it again when I am further along my training, but it appears to be ideal for home tutoring.

New ideas, new slant

New ideas on the Atkins diet. Certainly not as restricting as the earlier Atkins books. There are some interesting and tasty recipes. all in all, if you have one of the earlier Atkins books and you think the diet worked for you, try this one out.

Great series, always useful

I bought this book as we were about to have a month's holiday in NZ. Even though this edition was 2002, it was very valuable for information on things to see, and the way of life of NZ. I also like to read a potted history of any country I am visiting, and this is always available in the series.The only problem with this edition was its age. I will continue to buy Lonely Planet or Rough Guide for a new country before visiting.
