    The item was listed a new. I opened the box as soon as it arrived in my door step and there were scratches and fingerprints all over it. Tried contacting the seller for a refund, but shipping would be on my account and I’m done spending more money on this, not worth it. The seller’s first response was that it was impossible for the funko to have scratches on. Can’t tell you if it was new or not, the seller says it is. Independently, the funko was scratched and the experience was unpleasant

    Yep. Makes sense. I (400+ excellent reviews TOP RATED) intentionally deceived you (fellow ebayer with only 10 reviews) with a faulty, used item. Sorry for the sarcasm. This is a perfect example of DEFAMATION. BEWARE of this buyer! EMDAS_99 initial message was filled with EXTORTION for a bad review. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUYER or you are taking a BIG RISK! These tricks are getting old. I let my reputation stand.
