Return was accepted, but I have spent some time de-bobbling/repairing it/washed it and it is now in usable condition. Seller was helpful and accepted return. Great product very durable
Purchased for my mum , who was using a carrier bag tied to her frame to carry items around, this has made a huge difference and now she has separate compartments to carry her reading glasses , books , cutlery, tissues , pill box everything she needs . Would definitely recommend
