Needs Different Drivers

This product does work as expected - once you successfully get it set up. The disc that comes with it doesn't contain the drivers you need to get it working. To do that, google "Chinese Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver Driver setup" to find a page that will walk you through the somewhat complicated setup procedure. After doing that, the product will work as described.

Fine for Stationary Bikes

I use this on my spin bike, and it works fine. The arms are not very tight, so if I stand up for a climb, sometimes my phone (Galaxy S8) will jiggle loose. I would never use this on a non-stationary bike.
