good with iphone but not galaxy S4

hooked with galaxy S4 had distortion cant even keep listening to music .. but when i used this ear phone with iphone 4s and galaxy note had not any problem . sound was good .. all range but if you voulume up loud then you will hear that mid and high frequency are not that clear.. but overally nice sound .. i called sony support center and they told me the problem that i have is not a reason they have to replace the ear phone.. littel disappointed with that service.. i called sony store which is located in Manhattan.
