This tea gets you going!!! Literally!!!
9 of 9 found this helpful I'm chronically constipated, have been since childhood. It's not uncommon for me not to have a bm for a month. As you can imagine that causes quite a back up and it becomes a literal struggle to get the "bricks" out! I only recently found out that we should all go at least once a day...who knew??? I guess just not me. I've tried changing my diet to help me go at least once every other day and had resorted to laxatives. That all worked but inconsistently and the laxatives give me terrible cramps/gas/bloating or I had to drink an insane amount of water for it to work. This tea is AMAZING for me!!! One tea bag steeped for five minutes in hot water and four hours later without unpleasant cramps, bloating or anything else I was able to go comfortably. No straining, no hemorrhoids or bloody stools. I've never been one to have a bm more than once in a day unless I've got diarrhea but this tea made me go twice the first day, three times the next day and once the third day. And that was all from one teabag in one cup of water three days earlier. I'm SOOO grateful for this product. It's the difference between living comfortably and NOT. The only draw back for me (and of course because everyone is different and experience things differently this may not be your case) is that there was no warning, I just suddenly felt like I better go not now, but right NOW!!!!! So I wouldn't go too far from a bathroom after drinking it.
