Edward Norton at his typical best
1 of 1 found this helpful The finest, and perhaps the most under-appreciated actor of his generation, Edward Norton stars in this tale of a mentally unstable urban cowboy who develops an unlikely, controversial relationship with a 17 year old girl, played by the beautiful Evan Rachel Wood. This is a moody, low-key, captivating film that lovers of fine cinema will surely enjoy.

Must have for any social worker
I am a MSW student at Cleveland State University, and I bought this book for my Social Welfare Policy II class. It is a fantastic book with a wealth of useful and important topics for social workers. It is extremely interesting and informative. Definitely the best, most useful textbook I own. A must have for any social worker.

Extraordinary film
3 of 3 found this helpful I really loved this film. If you are looking for a conventional Hollywood film, look elsewhere. This movie does not contain contrived storylines or a plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat. What it does contain is genuine, authentic moments and wonderful performances from a cast that reunited every summer for two weeks over the course of 12 years to create an absolute masterpiece. There wasn't a single defining moment in this film, but taken as a whole, watching this film was an incredible experience, and when it was over and the credits rolled, I must have cried for about 20 minutes, and I could not explain why. That's how moved I was by this film. ****
