    The item I purchased was in the condition described. However I made an error purchasing the item ( I thought it was for my car it wasn’t) when I messaged the seller about returning the item I was informed he “might” accept a return but subject to a 20% restock fee! There was no mention of this in the listing for the item. It’s taken me over a month to eventually get my refund less £43 for the “restock fee” avoid seller uses EBay system to basically rip people off!!
