Proceed With Caution
Oh dear, where do I begin. Firstly, you need to know that this is a summary of the original book that was written by someone other than Jordan Petersen. I am not convinced the writer fully understood all the concepts he was trying to describe because some of them make limited sense. This is a very slim volume so it was disappointing to see so many spelling and other errors which should have been corrected at the proof reading stage.

Not Really for Beginners
"From Beginner to Winner" - absolutely no way is this suitable for most beginners. Maybe it will work if you're in your twenties but older, unfit people will struggle to do even the warm up exercises.
Fylde Coast and Country Walks, Packer, David Paperback Book The Cheap Fast Free

Needs Updating
David Packer should be commended for putting together a collection of walks for an area where few other similar titles are available. Of the two walks that I have done from the book, both involve some sections of walking along roadsides which is not something I enjoy. However, this may be inevitable with the thinly spread network of paths in some of the areas. Also, parts of the "Weeton & Greenhalgh" route were impassable in places because of farm practices and overgrown nettles and brambles. This is still a useful book with much interesting information but this 2003 first edition would benefit greatly from a thorough updating.
