  At first I was told there would be a delayed dispatch on the item due to a big party weekend but was assured it would be posted out straight after the weekend. Fast forward to the following Tuesday and seller gets in touch again but now tells me the toaster doesn’t actually exist and is really a kettle!? An alternative item was offered to me that was both dented and heavily used but it wasn’t remotely similar to the item I had initially bought and paid for so I declined and awaited a refund!
