Documentation is not accurate

While the DVR it self is a good brand and a good device i was looking for something specific. So i read the documentations to be sure. Now that i have the device i realize the what was expected. I would have not even gone with it if i had known..My complaint..! you cant do 4k recording past 7 frames, i was expecting to get at least 15 frames.
