  Item seriously damaged in transit. Shattered glass front of print with scratched surface of print. Seller swore in his response to me. I sent photos of the damage . Seller refused to refund unless I completely destroyed the item and sent a photo as proof. I am not going to destroy the item. That would be ridiculous. I’m going to get the frame reglazed at my expense. I told the seller that his packaging was inadequate and he blamed the courier. I’ve deleted this seller.

  I would have gladly refunded you in full you should have communicated with me. Did you ask me to give you a partial refund to keep the print. NO YOU DID NOT. Read my feed back my packaging is 100%. You went about this in a very wrong way. I will now give you bad feedback.
