This irreverent anime has us laughing - even when rewatching

My Spouse and I LOVED the Food Wars anime - it is a surprisingly funny, irreverant, and nostalgic parody of the popular Chef Competition shows in Japan and Europe. ( that is my take on it ) . The writers execellently draw us into the story with a 'what is the WORST thing you ever tasted?' scenario followed by 'what is the best thing you ever tasted?' the characters in the story have reactions that are where all the halarity comes into the story. If you like irreverant, suggestive, and outrageous humor you might want to give this a try. The characters all have qualities that make them worth following, the comic timing is brilliant.
