great phone at a great price and delivery was second to none
it was brought for my daughter as a present, she must like it as she has not put it down since she has had it, she gets on with it much better than previous phones

long handled dustpan and brush
excellent product extremely well made very strong, handle is perfect length and avoids all the bending down especially using it in the retail sector in a supermarket saves a lot of time being able to just sweep up breakages ect without having to get cleaning trolley out. a good time saver

frustrating item, no clear instructions how to assemble
as of yet I am unsure if it works or not, as assembling it is a nightmare as with ours no assembly instructions and paper we have got is not in English. but im sure it will be good once put together.
