Faulty and no responsibility acknowledged.

The product wasn’t fit for purpose. It lacked sufficient heat and the green indicator light turned off midway through an A4 run and therefore little adhesion due to lack of heat. The seller’s sympathy was shallow and indicated that they had “nothing to do with the manufacturing of the products” they sell. Having now used it to ascertain it’s reliability the product is now ‘used’ and they only receive new items. I asked for a refund and would not send the faulty piece back in case it was resold to some poor unexpected purchaser. They (after inspection) would determine whether I’d be eligible for a refund at my cost of postage for its return. I would not use this seller again and have already contacted them... thus the ‘product review’.
