  HORRIBLE experience! Tea set was not packaged well, and the teapot broke in transit. I reached out to the seller, but she never answered me until I opened a case with eBay. Then she lied to me twice saying she had submitted a refund. I had to call eBay to get this settled. Then I get incoherent messages from seller; hard to understand with no punctuation or logic. Seller never even had the business sense to apologize for the mess she caused by poor packaging and lies. Buyer beware!!
