Okay at best
6 of 6 found this helpful The product is okay at best. I bought it as a back up to the one that came with my note 8 but the differences are blatant. I don't think this is genuine Samsung product as they look different and my original is of a higher quality.
The sound quality is very different and the Mic is terrible I used this for one day within an hour the Mic stopped working and one ear went quieter. I went back to my original and bought some Marley headsets as a back up. I won't be using these.
