I believe seller used UPS to deliver, item had a tracking number on address label but I was never informed of this, if I 'd have had that info I wouldn't have been expecting it on Monday. Still not a deal breaker and would use seller again.

I was surprised, I sent photo's and seller quickly wrote back, promising to send out a new candle, so i was extremely happy for this. However 3 days later received refund instead hence big disappointment. Especially after waiting over a week for first candle to arrive, no other contact
