WW1. British Army Handbook 1914-1918. By Andrew Rawson. 2006.

    Brilliant Author
It would appear that I seem to be collecting this author’s books just as quickly as I did Ray Westlake’s. It is invaluable for any researcher just the same as Ray’s. Andrew Rawson concentrates on the actual war actions and not the political aspects as so many others do. I for one enjoy reading his books as you can really find out what happens in the action day by day and who fought where which is so vital when trying to locate where certain soldiers were wounded or killed. Added to which it is not only easy to use for research but also an easy laid back book using ordinary every day wording (making a change from so many others) which is enjoyable to read if you are interested in the First World War. I shall be keeping my eyes open in the future for any other books that I’ve not got by this author – yes with over 3,000 books I say this with confidence – HE’S GOOD. So have you got – BEF 1914 Campaign; BEF 1915 Campaign & Somme in 1916?

Never resets without you doing it!
This is the first step meter that I've been able to use all day no matter what I'm doing. The main problem I had with others was the fact that if I sat down or wanted to look at the steps I'd done they'd reset themselves, even when I worn them clipped to my shoes or boots I'd cross my legs and accidently reset them - this though is brilliant you can wear it round your neck or just simply pop it into a pocket, handbag etc and it records every movement - much better than just steps i.e. cleaning windows for example is good exercise and this records all upper movement too if you wanted instead or as well as.
