Best there is.
An absolutely brilliant notebook for slimmers it's like a bible everything you eat or drink recorded
by you, helps with menu planning once a menu listed with syns etc speed food you just look back to your entry. This three month diary is most useful, works out cheaper than a monthly diary too.
There's space to add own comments. add stickers also to highlight good or bad days.

Would purchase again
Lovely set of chair covers in a beautiful Scottish themed design, had them before and needed
to buy arm covers too, makes my sofa and chairs look great.
