It should be noted that your carrier dropped the small light package in the middle of the walkway up to the front door and NOT at the door; but it was fortunate that I noticed it before it blew away.

  Item never arrived. While I understand that overseas shipping can be unpredictable, I waited two whole months before requesting a refund. The seller made multiple attempts to avoid giving a refund, including offering to refund me but asking me to agree to pay it back if the item eventually arrives. I had to request a refund through ebay buyer support before they would issue the refund with no strings attached.
