If you like to change your filter frequently, these are a great value.
I like to change my filter every month, so I needed to find the best bang for the buck. These work well and are a good value. I know there are filters that trap smaller particles, but for my purposes and my budget, these are perfect.

A new favorite in my pantry
I was skeptical about buying these mushrooms, but I'm so glad I took the gamble. They add rich, complex flavor (and interesting texture) to stews, soups, etc. They seemed a bit expensive at $30 per pound, but once reconstituted they go really far and end up being a good value. Because they are a dehydrated product, they are convenient to keep on hand. I'll definitely purchase these again.
