Quality product.
I use this charger dock to charge my phone while it's being used as a sat nav. While doing this my phone's (Samsung S5) screen is on all the time and this charger can only just maintain the phone's charge capacity. After 3 hours of driving my phone has not gained any battery power. The convenience of placing the phone into the holder is fantastic, so I am happy enough with the wireless charge rate. You can always plug the cable directly into the phone for a faster charge.

Remove the cover on your Thule electric step.
Check that you have a Bosch motor and the part number.
