I prefer to buy items from Vendors that use Royal Mail to dispatch items. Yodel & Elvi have lost 2 parcels & the Vendors & eBay didn't help.

Happy buyer
I always search on Ebay for bargains, and usually find them.
The Mace CD was a good value for money, and much cheaper than the high street prices.
I have always had complaints resolved when they occur, though on the whole most purchases I have made through the site have been good.
