Shoddy workmanship
Fittings are poor ,it leak's , the on/off switch connector in side the machine is close to the inlet pipe and it is not insolated , also the water hose is to short to clean out the drum properly, but for all it's faults it could be a pretty good machine if you wanted to make it safe yourself
