Great Router
2 of 2 found this helpful I am very pleased with this router. I wanted to upgrade my residential network using a small business / commercial type router that is fast, stable, expandable, and reliable. The EdgeRouter fits the bill. I am impressed with the graphical interface and the ability to install open VPN. Since it is a wired router, I installed two Unifi AP WiFi units. The one thing I do not like, however, is that the PoE not does not follow IEEE PoE standards like IEEE 802.3af/at/bt. To get around this, I used PoE injectors on my APs that provided the correct voltage for the devices.
