Bought new but had long scratches on top pole
This product was advertised as new but when I took out the top pole section, there were a few long scratches on it. There were also finger prints on the projector plate which seems like it was used. Box was slightly damaged when picked up at Argos.
Apart from the scratches, the item is very good and sturdy for my projector to be positioned to my preferred height for viewing.

Is upholstered seat considered fire safe for rental properties in U.K.?
No labelling anywhere on the upholstered cushioned seat to state whether it is compliant with strict U.K. fire safety regulations.
Is it allowed to be used as furnishing for rental/buy to let properties in the U.K.?
Otherwise recommend it being a very nice and practical shoe storage furniture for own use.
