scratched
one piece in the middle of the case to keep the dvd steady in the box was broken, the missing piece in the case was moving around(of course the dvd during postage etc.. wasn't in horizontal position constantly), when I opened the case the DVD was scratched.

too soon to say, you have to download the mobile software app otherwise the device won't be recognised iin otehr devices, such as public library.
1 of 1 found this helpful by now I use it just for potography, decent, not in the dark. phone memory is nearly full before you use it. Bu it looks like at is a decent phone for my needs till now. Time will tell, as most of the chinese made mobiles were not designed to last long. I am not professional about giving feedback of all the qualities and failures. Till now by my experinece worth the price you pay for. Time will tell
