great value for money
bought this as replacement as toddler keeps getting her hands on it and then it's destroyed!
product was good price and we're enjoying watching our favourite film!

Happy to be the owner of this machine!
Great to have my own machine at last and not have to rent the heavy one out from Morrisons! my lounge now smells fresh and have had good go at stains upstairs, this is light and easy to use though a set of instructions would have been useful hence the 4 stars. The attachment for stairs and upholstery doesn't seem to make things very wet to clean but probably doing something wrong/need to try it slower as small attachment and bound to take more time...overall really pleased to be able to clean my carpets and at a great price!
