Not worth it
Firstly, I would say that if you have a 38inch chest or bigger then the product is definitely not for you. Although the pain in wearing it does mean that it distracts from the shoulder pain. I did manage to wear it for a couple of hours, but it was then unbearable. Of course, once you Velcro the item and pull it off I doubt there is anyway to return it as it clearly has been used. On the plus side if you cut the magnets out you can then attach them to your arm using microporous tape
